Remy Hair

Remy simply means that the cuticles of the hair are aligned. So all raw hair is remy, just not all remy hair is raw.

There's a tendency for suppliers to call hair that isn't high-end as virgin, while it's actually floor hair. (All hair which isn't raw or steam-styled raw, is chemically processed floor hair).

The medium quality gets the cuticles of the floor hair aligned by machine, so technically it could still be called remy.

Definitions aren't universal and it's better to ask what another person means by a definition, than automatically assume that they hold the same definition as you.
