First year was slow, just enough to start stocking some hair and getting someone to work with me.
I think the best thing was to listen to what problems people are having, and finding a solution for that. Doing what everyone was doing, but poorer, didn't work very well. In general, solution based thinking helped with progression.
i.e. people keep complaining about prices and quality. Many vendor and many buyers are switching to cheaper hair, so in a way, an opportunity opens up by increasing the quality, even at higher prices.
Any marketing through any means or social media platform, would be to convince that you offer the solution to the problems that people are having.
