How to Braid Hair Extensions

Hair extensions are a great way to add length and volume to your hair. Braiding them properly is an essential step in creating a natural-looking hairdo. Here are some steps you should follow when braiding hair extensions:

1. Start by separating your natural hair into small sections. Make sure to leave some hair at the back of your head while you braid a section.

2. Next, attach one piece of hair extensions to the section of your hair. Secure the extension with a flat rubber band and make sure that the end of the extension lies near your neck.

3. Now it’s time to braid the extension into your natural hair. Begin by firmly holding the end of the extension with one hand. With the other hand, start making small sections of the natural and extension hair. Make sure to work from the end of the extension to the scalp.

4. Start creating a three-strand braid. Move each strand to the opposite side with each pass and always make sure to keep the sections of hair separate.

5. When you reach the end of the extension, tie the ends of the braid with an elastic band.

6. To complete the look, you can twist the extension hair into a bun or braid it into a sleek ponytail at the nape of your neck.

7. Once you are done braiding the hair extensions, spray a little hairspray or a light-weight oil to keep the braid looking natural.

These steps will help you create a great looking braided hairstyle with your hair extensions. With the right techniques and some patience, you can have beautiful, long and full hair.
