Help can come in many shapes and forms, and people insist in you helping them in a certain way and don't consider your situation in the slightest or don't respect your choices, they're probably the persons not worth helping.

Customer service can suffer with a sudden influx of clients, and generally require some time to deal with the situation better. However quality of the product shouldn't suffer.
