Wear The Hair Before You Sell It

When I first started, I had bought crappy hair and did not realize that I should have worn it before I sold it.

If I had sold that hair to 20 people, I would have gotten 20 people plus their family members blowing me up on Facebook and sending me angry texts.

Luckily, it was just my aunt and a few coworkers that I sold the hair to. If you do not do anything else try your own hair before you sell it, How do I test the hair from vendors?

The main thing to do is to wear the hair for 1-2 months to make sure it is good enough to sell. Look for light to no hair smell.

The ends should be full and the same texture as the rest of the hair. Feel to see how soft it is.

Cut the wefts to see if it sheds at all. Bleach a bundle to see if it will go to 613. Color it to see if it takes it well.

Inspect for short pieces.

Take it to the gym and sweat it in it. Curl it and see if the curls hold.

Sleep on it without a bonnet.

The hair may shed a little after you co wash it.

All hair does not have to bleach to a 613 for it to be quality hair because all hair even on the top of our own heads may not take bleach just order the hair already 613 if you need to

Brush it when wet to see how much it sheds Heat it

Wash it at least 4-5 times

I myself went through 3 vendors before I found one that met my expectations back then. This cost me about $500 in total.

I cannot stress enough the importance of having quality hair.

No one who owns a successful hair business is going to tell you their vendor, so you have to find one yourself.
